Each application area requires specific materials in order to meet the special requirements.
Our main focus is definitely on the use of stainless steel wire as braiding material, which depending on the area of application is used in different material qualities, strengths and diameter required. Classic materials, such as galvanised steel wire, bright or tin-plated copper wire as well as bronze wires are processed as well.
Wire with a diameter ranging from 0.025 mm up to 0.60 mm can be processed, depending on the material and strength required. Special materials such as titanium, nitinol or tungsten wire can be used upon request.
In addition to this, we also use synthetic materials to complement our range of metallic materials, which for example, are available as twisted yarn or circular or rectangular shaped strands. We have extensive expertise in processing polyester, aramid and glass fiber yarns as well as the monofilaments made of polyethylene, polypropylene and polyamide.
